The Tower Apt is a delightful 2 bedroom apartment on 3rd floor of privately-owned Queen Anne Victorian home, located in a historic neighborhood, within walking distance of downtown Hamilton and a short drive to Oxford (Miami U), Mason (King's Island), Dayton, Cincinnati, Donut Trail, & more. Private access via external stairs. Please note that if you have trouble with stairs, our space can be a challenge.

The space
Located in a Victorian mansion in historic Dayton Lane, our place is walking distance to all that Hamilton has to offer! Shops, restaurants, breweries, bars, cafes, coffee shops, yoga, parks, bike paths, and entertainment. Come feel the excitement of a city being reborn!
Guest access
Guests have access to the yard and front porch. There is also an off street parking space.
Additional notes
Steps - The apt is on the third floor. There is no elevator, so if steps are an issue, then this may not be the ideal place.

Yoga - Homeowner, Bekki, offers private yoga sessions to Airbnb guests. Let us know if you'd like to book one or more yoga sessions during your stay for an additional charge. (subject to availability)

Groceries - Let us shop for you! We are able to have what you need in the kitchen when you arrive. Just send us a list and we'll take care of it for a small fee.

Neighborhood overview
Dayton Lane is on the National Register of Historic Places. It is filled with grand homes built in the Victorian era when Hamilton was a leading manufacturing city.

The city is well into a multi-year plan to reinvent itself, and the progress is apparent. The city has wonderful concerts at the River's Edge concert venue (10-min walk) during the Summer months.

Add to the mix a growing list restaurants, breweries, and specialty shops, and Hamilton is a surprising delight.

Off-street parking for one car in the rear of the home as well as on-street parking around the home.
