About the Benninghofen House

Located in the historic Dayton Lane neighborhood in Hamilton, Ohio, the house was built by Christian and Anna Benninghofen in 1892. It features intricate woodwork, beautiful fireplaces with Hamilton tile, amazing stained glass windows, Lincrusta wall coverings, a grand front porch, and lush backyard with a tree fort, fire pit, and outdoor kitchen with a pizza oven.
The Benninghofen House has seen a variety of owners over the years, and was purchased by Michael and Bekki Rennick in 2015. In addition to offering yoga classes and massage sessions, they have transformed the home into a boutique hotel with 3 short-term rental spaces, and are gearing up to host tiny weddings and elopements on the property in 2022. We are close to Spooky Nook Sports Champion Mill, walking distance to all the fun in downtown Hamilton, centrally located on the Butler County Donut Trail and love hosting parents and families of Miami University Students.
